Responsibilities: Oversee property sales, working with realtors and buyers to promote our deals and develop new lead sources, especially for off-market opportunities. • Proactively engage and follow up on all leads to drive conversions. • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective buyers, focusing on relationship-building with investors and buyers. • Conduct property research and assess market opportunities using MLS and other resources. • Negotiate and secure favorable prices on properties sold. • Expand and organize our buyer network by area codes. • Perform skip tracing and connect with prospective buyers, gathering details to expand our buyer database. • Utilize social platforms to find and engage new buyers. • Prepare and distribute deal announcements using Mailchimp. • Coordinate and conduct property viewings with buyers. • Update and manage buyer details and property records within our CRM. • Regularly follow up with active buyers to ensure strong, ongoing relationships. • Refine and enhance the existing buyer database, updating contact information and buying preferences. • Prepare contracts and agreements for investors. • Network with agents and wholesalers to find potential buyers for our listings. • Conduct outreach to buyers in close proximity to properties available for sale. • Build connections with realtors handling cash buyers.
