The Inside Sales Manager is an individual who thrives on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a win-win, positive attitude. The Inside Sales Manager qualifies seller leads daily (includes identifying and speaking to sellers to build relationships and rapport, to working leads that will then be provided to our acquisitions team). He/She will then work in tandem with our Acquisitions Agents to qualify leads and schedule appointments at the properties. The Inside Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/She is committed to investing in team members and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well. Compensation: • Up to $30 per hour Paid Holidays and Vacation, Self-Directed retirement accounts available as well. Responsibilities: What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • The inside sales manager should fill in the fields in our CRM, take excellent notes as well as schedule future follow-ups, and trigger the correct automation in CRM • The inside sales manager is responsible for tracking all the leads in the CRM and monitoring/editing existing automatic follow-ups. How many leads did we get? How many offers did we make? How many appointments did we have?
