Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Engage with potential new clients to sell legal services and cultivate new relationships • Develop and maintain relationships with clients • Convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team • Follow up with potential new clients who have not retained us • Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral services Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Understand how to build a relationship with a person • Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills • Have the ability to think on your feet • Not to get discouraged when things don't go as planned Compensation: $56,500 at plan earnings
