Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Office Support professional to join our team as we continue to scale the business. This role is vital to our daily operations and includes answering customer inquiries, managing orders, coordinating with drivers, and supporting office management tasks. You'll also assist with DOT compliance and work closely with our sales team and operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, process orders, and enter details accurately into the system.

Maintain clear and timely communication with drivers to address issues, provide updates, or manage route adjustments.

Address service-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Assist with office support, including ordering office supplies, arranging ordering parts, yard supplies and minor equipment orders, and maintaining office cleanliness.

Support DOT compliance efforts, such as tracking renewal dates and managing necessary documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong active listening and interpersonal abilities.

Critical thinking and sound judgment in dynamic situations.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in dispatching software and general office applications.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.

Requirements:

High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

No experience required; Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, inside sales or a related field preferred.

Familiarity with the Savannah, GA area is a plus.
