Role and Responsibilities

Coordinate Sales Efforts

Work with sales, warehouse & production staff to streamline order entry, parts pulling and production process.

Provide customer support via phone and email

Assist with technical support phone calls

Work with walk-in customers to take care of their needs and fulfill orders

Represent CAS and/or IG brands at trade shows

Assist with in house training and other events

Create customer quotes, sales orders, new customer sites in company software

Monitor open order report to update customers on changes in order status

Work with marketing to edit existing or create new materials to meet market and customer demands

Assist with order process through completion (production, shipping, tracking, etc.)

Assist with booking shipments (parcel & LTL) when needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Previous sales and customer relations experience
