With 25+ years of experience servicing the Greater Phoenix metro, Emergency Air is looking for our next HVAC Service Manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of building a successful and profitable HVAC Service team.

Are you a motivated, high-energy sales professional who thrives on the phone and loves the thrill of closing a deal? We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced HVAC service team!

What You'll Do:

• Make lots of outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships and close service sales over the phone
• Follow up on leads/ recommendations left.
• Selling maintenance plans and other services
• Hit and exceed sales targets while providing outstanding customer service
• Work closely with the dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth scheduling

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience – phone sales strongly preferred
• A go-getter with a high drive to succeed and strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• HVAC industry is a plus, but not required – we'll teach you what you need to know
• Problem solving skills
• Learn and explain recommended products
