As a Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by effectively managing and converting leads into clients. You will be responsible for promptly responding to new leads, actively listening to client's situations, and effectively communicating with clients to set appointments for our sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills , strong organizational skills, efficient time management skills, and exceptional trust building skills.

Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to all incoming leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Actively listen to client's to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and timelines.
- Engage with customers to gather necessary information and qualify leads.
- Schedule quality appointments for sales representatives to conduct evaluations based on clients availability and preferences.
- Input all lead details, interactions, and appointments accurately into the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-ups.
- Manage follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the real estate process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and provide the necessary support for successful conversions.
- Continuously update knowledge of market trends, inventory, and competitive landscape to better serve customers.
- Continuously improve lead management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Call center experience is perfect.
- Someone who is interested in real estate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - be a thoughtful, caring person.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Must enjoy talking over the phone.
- Must be willing to take calls outside office hours.
- Excellent work ethic - be humble and hungry.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Compensation:
- $50,000 base + $300 per signed contract that closes and $25 per incoming lead taken outside of office hours.
