As an Inside Sales Representative at AlphaGraphics, your primary role is generating sales and taking care of existing customers.

You should be comfortable talking on the phone with customers and prospects. Training will be provided, but you should be comfortable picking up the phone and contacting customers and prospects.
You should have a service mentality and enjoy talking to people and providing excellent customer service.
You should be organized and ideally comfortable using the Google Suite for email and calendar.
You need to be able to operate in a fun and fast-paced environment.
You need to be willing to learn new things and follow our process and procedure for sales and marketing.
During your training and onboarding process, you will be in the office 90% and out in front of customers and prospects 10% with the goal of moving towards a 50/50 split of time inside versus outside.
