Compensation: • $6,000 Sign-on bonus* • Commission + Bonuses • All of our agents make over 6 figures yearly Alpine Trust & Properties offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two $3,000 increments. The first $3,000 will be paid after the initial 30 days of onboarding, and the second $3,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the full eight-week onboarding period. Responsibilities: • Respond Quickly to Incoming Leads: Actively engage with new leads, focusing on urgent communication with distressed homeowners. • Conduct Daily Phone Outreach: Call homeowners to build relationships and understand their needs, offering tailored solutions. • Turn Leads into Contracts: Support distressed sellers throughout the process, turning qualified leads into executed contracts. • Manage Pipeline & Follow Up: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure no opportunity is overlooked and foster long-term connections. • Effectively Use CRM: Keep our CRM system updated with accurate records of all interactions and contract statuses. • Achieve and Surpass Sales Goals: Work diligently to meet individual and team objectives through high productivity and accountability. Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of sales experience. • Proven track record in high-pressure environments. • Strong communication skills with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
