    Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing in-house leads, building referral sources, and cross-selling both personal and commercial lines of insurance, including Life Insurance. The role requires a strong background in insurance sales and an active insurance license.     Key Responsibilities:

    Work In-House Leads: Efficiently manage and convert in-house leads into clients by offering tailored insurance solutions.

    Build Referral Sources: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources to generate new business opportunities.

    Cross-Sell Insurance Products: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell personal lines, commercial lines, and Life Insurance to existing clients.

    Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding their insurance needs and coverage options.

    Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing strategies.

    Maintain Records: Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

    Qualifications:

    Insurance License: Must hold a valid insurance license for personal lines, commercial lines, and Life Insurance.

    Sales Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

    Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.

    Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
