Responsibilities: • Lead Management: Engage with warm and inbound leads to convert them into paying clients. • Sales Process: Independently close deals and build relationships with prospects. • Client Consultation: Understand customer needs and match them with the right program or service. • Pipeline Management: Track and manage prospects through HighLevel CRM. • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets. • Communication: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Qualifications: • Prior sales experience is required; experience in personal development or coaching is a plus. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Comfortable working with CRM software (HighLevel preferred). • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to a fast-growing company. Compensation: $59,000 at plan earnings
