We’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented, highly organized individual with strong communication skills to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, your day will be spent fielding incoming leads from a variety of sources, and prospecting through our existing database to generate opportunities. You will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls, cultivating relationships, setting appointments, and managing leads in our CRM. You will ask questions to determine the motivation and other key information points for Buyer, Seller, Landlord, and Tenant leads; and schedule appointments for our Real Estate Agents and Property Managers. We are currently looking to fill the following two shifts: • Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00 am - 6:30 pm • Sunday - Thursday from 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
