Inside Sales Representative:
The BOSS is a family owned, multi-store/multi-territory building material supplier who serves Designers, Builders, Installers, and Home-Owners. With a focus on Flooring, Moulding, Siding, Decking & Fencing products, our clients span the gamut of our industry - bringing with them new ideas, needs, and expectations in a booming Central Texas market!
The Role:
Commission + bonus (typical pay is $65K-$120K/year)
Commission structure is completely uncapped for high-volume Sales Representatives

Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical sales experience
Business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
Proficiency in using CRM software
Bilingual is a plus
Proficiency in emerging technologies including social media
