What We Are Looking For:
The Inside Sales Representative achieves business targets through excellent telephone and communications skills. This individual is responsible for the initiation of prospect calls, developing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. With a sales hunter mentality, the successful Inside Sales Representative should drive activities to achieve targeted goals.
This is a full-time and in-office position, working 5 days a week from our Scottsdale office. A typical work hours and schedule is 8:30AM to 5PM local time and may need to be adjusted and flexible based on business needs and demands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Outbound calling to prospects that are generated by external sources of lead generation.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, create sense of urgency.
Work with Support and Validation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate CRM.
Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes for the business.
Manages end-to-end forecast under your territory portfolio of client renewals.
Mitigating down sales and maintaining a strong baseline and increasing renewals.
Hunter, Closer mentality is essential to accomplish monthly sales quota
Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in a sales capacity.
Current or prior direct sales and/or tele-sales experience is strongly preferred.

Must have the ability to thrive in a start-up environment while applying existing skill sets and training to increase their knowledge base.
Fluency in other foreign languages besides English is a strong asset.
