Crescent City Law is a fast-growing criminal defense firm in New Orleans that needs an Inside Sales Representative. We need top-producing, results-driven sales professionals who like to earn what they're worth! We're looking for a self-motivated sales pro who exhibits honesty, integrity, and empathy, and someone who shares the same passion we do for selling the 'right way'. Our sales representatives assist our law firm by selling legal services. They do not provide legal advice, and they cannot bind the firm. Despite not being attorneys, our salespeople are informed and follow the Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys, and the consequences of violating them. You must excel at converting prospects into new clients and love helping people who want a better future for themselves. The work we do is for the benefit of the client. Since our non-attorney salespersons meet with clients without supervision, a non-attorney salesperson will need to keep detailed notes in a centralized database documenting all contacts with the PNC before, during, and after the meeting (including all follow-up). Reporting Relationships: • Reports to our COO and Sales Director. Communicate with legal staff to facilitate helping PNCs. Compensation: • Base Salary with performance bonuses Benefits : • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off • 401 (k) • Health Insurance Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategy to generate potential customers, follow-up with qualified leads, document sales activities, and track customer needs through our CRM • Facilitate consultations with prospective clients via Zoom • Follow up with prospects and past clients to build relationships and secure new business • Utilize effective sales and communication skills to educate prospects on the firm's services • Manage time and resources effectively to meet or exceed performance expectations Qualifications: • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Experience using a CRM is preferred • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Basic understanding of criminal defense and personal injury law • Proficiency with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms • Fluency in Spanish is preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly
