    Elliott Feldman Law Group is seeking a proactive Inside Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting potential clients with our estate planning services, ensuring they receive the guidance they need during critical times. Working from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, you’ll engage with clients through various channels, collaborate closely with our attorneys, and contribute to the firm’s growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients via virtual consultations on Zoom to assess their estate planning needs. • Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to provide expert guidance during the initial stages of the client’s legal journey. • Proactively manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. • Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients after sales meetings to maintain engagement and address any questions. • Accurately document detailed notes in the online system for future reference. • Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies. Qualifications: • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in a legal or service-focused industry. • Self-starter who thrives in a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in emotionally sensitive circumstances. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. • Familiarity with the legal industry is advantageous. Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 yearly
