    Inside Sales Representative – Call Center Environment

    Full-Time | On-Site in Woodinville, Wa | Starting at $23–$25/hr + Uncapped Commission

    What’s the Role?

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first voice many of our customers hear. You’ll be scheduling services, guiding customers to the right solutions, and helping them solve their pest issues once and for all. This is a call center-based sales role—you'll be handling inbound calls and emails, matching customer needs to our services, and ensuring smooth coordination with our field teams.

    When it’s slower, we’ll look to you to support ongoing team projects, process improvements, or internal training. This is a role for someone who doesn’t sit still when there’s work to be done!

    What You’ll Need:

    Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (E-Verify used)

    Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:30am–5:30pm (Monday–Friday) + rotating Saturdays

    Comfort working in an inbound call center environment

    Ability to pass a criminal background check and 4-panel drug screen

    Bilingial skills are a plus but not required
