Responsibilities: • Engage with Sellers: Proactively communicate with potential property sellers via calls, texts, and emails. • Build Maintain Pipeline: Use our CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring follow-ups and updates are timely. • Negotiate Offers: Analyze properties and present competitive offers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. • Close Deals: Convert warm and cold leads into signed contracts using tools like DocuSign. • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the transaction coordinator to ensure smooth handoffs after securing contracts. • Meet or Exceed Targets: Strive to achieve KPIs, including daily calls, offers made, and contracts closed. Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field. • Proven ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals. • Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume pipeline. • Comfortable with a 100% commission-based structure. • Availability to work CST hours, including evenings and Saturdays. Compensation: $120,000
