As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll report to our Inside Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing a lead pipeline and influencing contractors to register with FTL Finance.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage prospective contractors in outbound calls to encourage their registration and participation in FTL Finance.
• Overcome contractor objections to increase interest in FTL Finance and promote understanding of the benefits of consumer financing.
• Utilize social media to acquire new contractor leads and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities with prospective contractors to promote our products and services.
• Increase key company metrics such as registrations and new contractor activity and funding.
• Properly manage pipeline of lead types including Event, Distributor, Web, Inbound Phone, Marketing and Cold leads to encourage registration.
• When applicable, participate in industry events to promote FTL Finance (5% travel).
• Assist registration department in document collection to ensure contractor conversion.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales/inside sales or telemarketing with a focus on outbound calling
• Keen interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Inclination towards challenges and a competitive spirit
• Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) to track and manage contractor activity
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple lead types efficiently
• Willingness to travel and represent FTL Finance at industry events
• Bachelor’s degree, or 2-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combo of education and experience
