We are a small but fast-growing estate planning law firm in Hollywood, Florida, looking for a Salesperson (also called our Solutions Specialist or Client Engagement Specialist) to ensure that the firm always puts its best foot forward for potential new clients. The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities. This role will primarily serve in the estate planning department of our law firm. You will be helping people decide if our firm is the best option for preparing the legal documents that can significantly affect their lives and the lives of their children and grandchildren. You will not be giving legal advice on what type of plan to choose - that's the attorney's job. We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance our client experience. You will work closely with other team members to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. You will help us realize our vision of helping more people! Responsibilities: The client Relationship Coordinator’s primary duties are: • Assume full responsibility for the new client onboarding process for the leads assigned, from the first touch after the initial call to all onboarding of new clients • Relieve the Managing Attorney and other team members of the need to spend time with prospective new clients (PNCs) • Ensure active clients hear from Grimaldi Law Firm (GLF) at least once per week for the first three months and then monthly thereafter once in the follow-up stage • From the first point of contact with GLF to the signing of a legal services agreement, the inside sales representative should handle all telephone calls and email communications with PNCs (in consultation with the Managing Attorney, as needed) • To be successful, an Inside Sales Representative must be articulate, client-oriented, and responsive to client calls/emails. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative must understand how to use Hubspot, GLF’s CRM software Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Compensation: $57,000 at plan earnings + Bonus
