Responsibilities: • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience As a Sales Representative for our growing Estate Planning and Probate law firm, you will be responsible for: • Meeting with prospective new clients to educate and enroll in our Estate Planning and Probate Process. • Follow Up Calls with Clients who do not engage in our services. • Making Client Care Calls to past clients to see where we may support them further. • Furnishing Weekly Reporting numbers at the weekly "All hands" law firm team meeting. • Attend the Weekly Sales and Marketing Meeting. Key Responsibilities: • Create and foster relationships with potential clients, ensuring they receive the best estate planning services. • Manage and maintain prospective relationships effectively. • Track and report on your sales activities and results. • Utilize a structured business development system to support your efforts. Qualifications: • Two years of previous sales experience • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the legal or financial services industry, is preferred. • Exceptional skills in opening doors and securing appointments. • A tenacious and results-driven approach to closing deals. • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Comfortable with telephone solicitation, e-marketing tactics, association meetings, and trade shows. • A "hunter" mentality with a passion for sales and relationship-building. Compensation: $40,000 - $150,000 yearly
