This is an in-person position requiring you to be at the office Monday-Friday 9 am to 7 pm, and 1st & 3rd Saturday 9 am-2 pm. Responsibilities: • Company Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for property sellers, identifying and acquiring properties that meet company criteria • Relationship Builder : Build rapport with property owners and negotiate purchase agreements to secure profitable deals • Deal Analyzer: Strategically analyze leads to determine acquisition opportunities that align with the company’s financial and strategic goals • Acquisition Specialist: Act as a bridge between real estate property owners (sellers) and the company, ensuring a seamless and professional acquisition process • Lead Engagement: Contact and build relationships with motivated property sellers through phone calls, texts, and emails • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with sellers to arrive at win-win agreements, addressing objections and aligning deals with company objectives • Property Analysis: Perform property evaluations, research comparable market data, and analyze seller motivations to make compelling and profitable offers • Emotional Resiliency: Possess the ability to remain composed and focused in the face of rejection, maintaining a professional and positive mindset to consistently move forward and achieve results Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for sales and a goal-oriented personality • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience highly desired • Analytical Skills: Will need to evaluate properties, analyze market trends, and calculate offers that meet company ROI targets • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, conducting research online, and using basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Docs) • Work Hours: This an in-person position requiring you to be at the office Monday-Friday 9 am to 7 pm Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 yearly
