As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member supporting business transactions with our customers. You are responsible for handling requests for product support, quotes, and order placement. You must also exhibit best business practices, respect, and courtesy to all customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional products and earn business
Complete work orders, return customer emails and calls, and respond to customer complaints
Maintain product knowledge of Kent Rubber's vast products and services offering
Assist customers with determining the correct hose and rubber for the specific application
Perform other duties as needed, including supporting customer service counter sales in related transactions
Qualifications
Minimum two years of customer service or sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Desire individuals with experience with hose or rubber part applications or industries
Team player who can work independently
Experience with MS Outlook/Office, all in one business operating system.
