    JOB SUMMARY

    Your primary responsibility in this position is to deliver in full, on time and accurate completion of all jobs assigned to you. You are responsible for communicating with potential customers to win potential bids and business in contractor and homeowner capacity. The Inside Sales Representative often creates and cultivates these relationships and communicates with current and potential customers via phone, email, or virtual meeting. The Inside Sales Representative will also demonstrate job level accuracy and timely setup of Request for Quotes within the project management platform for the potential customer’s projects in compliance with generally accepted expectations. The Inside Sales Representative will also act as a support for Contractor Source leadership in tasks, as requested. By mastering these skills, the successful Inside Sales Representative produces exemplary work.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Ensure all assigned jobs are completed on time and in full to over 98% compliance.
    • Know, understand, and ensure compliance to scope of work for each customer.
    • Supply pre-construction team with all materials, specs and details needed to input an or bid.
    • Create and modify customer presentations and documentation and keep up to date based on customer needs and industry trends.
    • Track sales opportunities through a CRM system, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
    • Organize meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
    • Responsible for taking detailed notes during customer calls, presentations, and meetings and sending them out to the team in a timely manner.
    • Develop rapport with customers by actively listening and building trust to nurture long-term business relationships.
    • Possess in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively explain features and benefits.
    • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
    • Hold self and work output to high levels of expectations.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college in relevant field experience preferred.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in lieu of formal education.

    Skills:

    • Familiarity with 20/20 Live Design or like software.
    • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
    • Experience using Zoom, GoToMeetings, and Microsoft Teams is a plus.
    • Experience using Oracle NetSuite or other CRM applications is a plus.
    • Able to flexibly and independently work as well as in a team environment.

    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities.
    • Ability to evaluate and make decisions.
    • Ability to close the sale.
    • Keep all product catalogues updated.
    • Learn to identify specific manufacturer product inaccuracies. Understand the idiosyncrasies of each product and how they affect design and installation.

    Pay:

    $14.00 - $18.00 per hour + commission
