The compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus bonus potential. Specific salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Conduct calls with potential clients to promote legal services and schedule initial consultations. No cold calling. • Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and achieve targets. • Maintain accurate records of activities and confidential client interactions in the CRM system. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the firm's services in the market. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including respectfulness, kindness and discretion. • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings. • Spanish language skills are a plus.
