Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in advancing our sales initiatives and interacting with both potential and current customers. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, support our marketing efforts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with our Sales & Marketing Team to implement strategies that contribute to our company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any issues.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Provide feedback and insights to help improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient computer skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Must demonstrate integrity, humility, self-awareness, compassion, and resilience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
Familiarity with sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Compensation:
Salary: $50,000+ (includes base pay and commission and bonus opportunities)
