Leadman & Associates is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to make a significant impact within a growing National Account team. You will report to the National Sales Director.
The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential (estimated additional $27-30K annually), comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, and professional development opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate with clients and maintain strong relationships through quality assurance calls and follow-up correspondence
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and setting in-person and virtual meetings
- Report on client compliance metrics and ensure clients are aware of cost containment programs
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential clients
- Explain features of legal services and products to prospective and existing clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- Comfort with phone-based client communication and follow-up
- Sales experience, preferably in a related professional services field
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex services clearly
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST. In-office at their Philadelphia headquarters. Training includes two weeks of in-person training in Pennsylvania.
