Loftness Specialized Equipment, a leading manufacturer of high-quality vegetation management and agricultural equipment, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position plays a critical role in driving sales growth by supporting customers, dealers, and distributors, managing inbound inquiries, and facilitating seamless sales operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong sales acumen and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer support and order processing.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and distributors, providing product information, pricing, and availability details.
· Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, converting leads into sales opportunities.
· Assist in preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
· Provide technical product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
· Support marketing efforts by identifying potential leads and participating in promotional campaigns.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Qualifications & Skills:
· 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the equipment or manufacturing industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Technical aptitude and the ability to learn product specifications and applications.
· Experience working with dealers and distributors is a plus.
· Experience working in ERP system.
Preferred:
· Proficiency in CRM software.
· Familiarity with Crystal Reports.
· Experience with SQL
