Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal requirements. • Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure prospective clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey. • Maintain a proactive stance in handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and guaranteeing high levels of client contentment. • Conduct meetings with potential clients face-to-face and via phone or virtual platforms throughout weekdays, evenings, and weekends. • Perform follow-up calls with potential clients post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address any questions. • Document detailed notes accurately in the online system for future reference. • Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies. Qualifications: • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Spanish fluency required Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000
