    Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of lumber and building materials. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, and providing product information. This location is a will-call only location with a fast-paced, customer oriented mindset!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs

    Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

    Provide product information and recommendations

    Maintain a clean and organized sales area

    Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets

    Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

    Qualifications:

    Bilingual, English and Spanish required

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Previous sales experience, preferably in the lumber or building materials industry

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite

    Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed
