    NATIONAL BOLT & INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CO., INC is a 35+ year Veteran Wholesaler in DFW that provides Fasteners and Industrial supplies to OEM, Fabrication, and Construction industries. We are looking to add additional Inside Sales Representatives to assist with our ever-growing business needs and opportunities.

    Our goal is to provide excellent service, increase business with our existing customers, and expand our customer base in the North Texas area.

    We offer a competitive compensation package which includes Base Salary (Hourly) plus Commission, Holiday and Vacation Pay, Simple IRA Program, and Health Insurance.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    Grow & maintain current accounts

    Computer input of quotes & orders

    Identifying & developing new accounts

    Responding to customer inquiries

    Solving problems for customers

    Maintaining customer specific records

    Maintaining showroom cleanliness and appearance

    Supporting outside sales team

    Assist with special projects such as special events and display changes

    Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

    Highly detail-oriented and organized

    Must have strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills

    Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to self-prioritize based upon deadlines

    Coachable, willing to learn and adapt to the National Bolt way

    Ability to effectively communicate to team members, vendors and more

    Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Adobe

    Possess a professional, knowledgeable, positive, and energetic attitude

    Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation.

    Ability to develop long-term relationships with industry customers.

    Use appropriate office technologies and computers to process and track orders and maintain excellent communication with all contacts
