Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Representative role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, customer service, and account management on a daily basis. This includes working with customers at our front counter, as well as via e-mail and phone.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Account Management skills

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Lead Generation experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with a team and independently

Experience in the Fastener industry as well as in Industrial supply sales, to include, safety products, welding products, abrasives, tools, etc. (2 year minimum)

Willing and able to learn and adopt company procedures and protocols

Knowledge of Windows based computers.
