Established in 2009, Nepa Wholesale is the leading distributor of e-cigarettes, tobacco, and related products in our region. As our company continues to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at the designated warehouse. In this role, you'll proactively engage with customers through phone calls, follow-ups, and relationship-building to boost sales. Job Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Proactively call potential and existing customers to introduce Nepa Wholesale’s products and services.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
Educate customers on pricing, promotions, and new product arrivals.
Work to increase order volume and customer retention through consistent communication and relationship-building.
Convert leads to active customers by effectively presenting the benefits of working with Nepa Wholesale.
Order Management & Follow-Ups
Process orders, provide order updates, and resolve customer inquiries.
Track and log customer interactions in CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist with any customer concerns and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Target Achievement
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals, including call volume, customer engagement, and new sign-ups.
Continuously seek new business opportunities through outbound calls and referrals.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to handle high call volumes
Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Proficiency in CRM software or willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Must have knowledge of Tabacco, CDB or Vape industry

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site at designated warehouse)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Weekly & Daily Performance Expectations
Customer Sign-Ups: Must sign up 5-7 new customers per week to expand the customer base.
Daily Activities - Must complete 40 activities per day, including:
Cold Calling: Reaching out to potential new customers.
Follow-Ups: Engaging with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Customer Engagement: Handling inbound inquiries, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
