    We’re looking for an outgoing Inside Sales Representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us convert leads into appointments for potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Convert provided qualified leads into appointments by means of phone, text and email. • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via phone calls, text and emails. • Keep the customer database updated to ensure the information on prospective and past clients is current. • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved. Qualifications: • Both great tonality and command of the English language. • Impeccable time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software. • Must be able to type a minimum of 60 Words Per Minute. • Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales experience. (Preferably in Real Estate). • Must have high-speed internet, smartphone and headphones/earbuds. • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred. • Transportation within San Diego for ongoing training. • Position is remote yet must have recently lived or lives in San Diego County. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
