Responsibilities: This position will • Conduct initial client consultations to help clients in engaging with our firm • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team • Diligent follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us • Collaboration with Client Intake team to nurture relationships • Maintain the tracking of leads to monitor progress, new clients, and referral sources using provided software Compensation • An average salesperson will make $60,000 to $70,000 per year • A good salesperson will make $70,000 to $85,000 per year • A great salesperson will make $85,000 to $95,000 per year • An excellent salesperson will make $100,000 and beyond • Plus Competitive Benefits Package Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will: • Understand how to build a relationship with a potential client • Have an ability to interact with different types of personalities • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing • Think on their feet • Not get discouraged when things don’t go as planned • Be excited to quickly learn about new topics (like Wills and Trusts) Qualifications: • Prior experience in sales and customer service. • Ability to empathize and understand clients' needs. • Real-life experiences that demonstrate resilience and the ability to overcome challenges. • Experience in financial or insurance is a plus. • Legal experience IS NOT required. • Be tech-savvy, and able to learn software systems • Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 on a Thursday or Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures • Be a team player who consistently acts with respect and integrity Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 yearly plus additional bonuses
