    About The Position Stratus Building Solutions of Orlando is the highest rated commercial janitorial company in Orlando, and we are growing! We are currently hiring Inside Sales Representatives to set appointments for our Outside Sales Reps to provide free quotes for commercial janitorial services in the Greater Orlando area.     Job Duties:

    Contact businesses by phone to set appointments for our sales team to quote janitorial

    services

    Identifying decision makers with businesses in the targeted areas

    Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and manage via CRM

    Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

    Emphasizing Stratus' service features and benefits in order to set appointments

    Working closely with the Sales and Operational team to achieve goals

    Pay, Commission and Bonuses:

    $15/hour base pay

    10% of MRR (one time only) amount of all account starts resulting from appointments

    set by you (capped at $300 per sale)
