    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to accelerate our client’s growth. You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving sales for our franchisees.     Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, direct mail, and networking.

    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.

    • Initiate 50-70 calls daily to targeted prospects.

    • Establish rapport with potential clients and schedule meetings for the outside sales team.

    • Follow up on leads daily and nurture relationships.

    • Manage lead flow and track progress in the CRM system.

    • Collaborate with Sales and Brand Services teams to implement targeted marketing initiatives.

    • Facilitate the creation and improvement of internal marketing strategies (Constant Contact, SEO, PPC, Google+ Reviews, etc.).

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.

    • Demonstrated success in closing new business from cold calls and inbound leads.

    • Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

    • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    • Highly proficient with technology and adept at multitasking.
