    Inside Sales Representative

    Stratus Building Solutions of Charlotte is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative that can help to increase the existing customer base for the company. This candidate will have a desire to take charge of the inside sales process from identifying new prospects to engaging in strategic cold calling. The primary focus of the Inside Sales Representative is to generate new leads through outbound activities and set appointments for the Outside Sales Team.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Achieve assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis at 100% or higher

    Maintain working knowledge of Stratus services and offerings

    Manage leads within CRM throughout the sales cycle with accuracy and consistency.

    Work with sales to identify business contacts, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline.

    Utilize multiple lead sources to contact customers to create appointments for sales.

    Foster business growth with high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.

    Create a strong first impression with prospects via phone, building value in our brand.

    Uphold high standards by working compliantly, ethically, and in a manner that reflects our underlying values

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and skills:

    3-5+ years’ experience working as inside sales or telemarketing

    Proven track record in phone prospecting for new business (cold calling) with proper phone etiquette

    Ability to work well in a professional environment with good communication skills

    Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (HubSpot)

    Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail

    Strong negotiation and closing techniques, analysis and judgment skills

    Self- motivated and able to work independently within a fast-paced team environment

    Strong customer service orientation, listening and presentation skills

    Maintains an attitude of integrity, responsibility, ownership, and accountability

    Strong sense of decision making, sound judgement and critical thinking with ability to solve problems

    Job Type: Full Time Desired, Day Shift

    Compensation: Salary + Commission commensurate with experience
