    **REMOTE OPPORTUNITY**

    We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling hydraulic hoses that handle high pressures, serving a variety of fluid-power applications across industries like agriculture, solar, electrical, and other heavy equipment operations. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven sales track record, particularly in the sectors mentioned above, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making cold calls to generate new business. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and prospect new customers for high-pressure hydraulic hoses used in fluid-power applications across agriculture, manufacturing, and heavy equipment sectors.
    • Manage and develop relationships with existing accounts, ensuring continued sales growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound leads to secure sales.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales progress in Salesforce.
    • Utilize ZoomInfo and other tools to research prospects and improve outreach strategies.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve company targets.
    • Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our hydraulic hoses.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

     Requirements:

    • Proven sales success, ideally with experience in selling hydraulic products or within industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, or heavy equipment.
    • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting new business.
    • Experience using Salesforce and ZoomInfo; tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new sales tools.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a results-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
