    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This hourly position plays a vital role in driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will develop new business and work closely with clients to identify their needs, recommend appropriate products, and provide solutions to enhance their operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

    ● Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including janitorial supplies, commercial bathroom supplies, food service supplies, material safety items, and groundskeeping products.

    ● Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensure timely follow-up, and coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams as needed.

    ● Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities, up-sell and cross-sell products, and proactively reach out to dormant accounts to rekindle business relationships.

    ● Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner.

    ● Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

    ● Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    ● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role; experience in the facility supply industry is a plus.

    ● Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multi- task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    ● Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

    ● Personality: A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.

    ● Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
