The Atlas Portfolio is seeking an A+ Player sales representative to identify and prepare deals effectively for our acquisitions team, create win-win solutions for clients, and consistently outpace our sales goals to earn industry-leading commission. The ideal candidate is able to prioritize company goals and clients, is comfortable with hard work, and is revenue-motivated. We are a highly technical team looking for a hard-working lead management specialist to expand our position in the Colorado real estate investment market. Responsibilities: • Be the industry leader in Real Estate lead management. Stay ahead of the curve on market trends and recognize attractive deals and opportunities • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Arrange appointments as quickly as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities by tracking KPIs (key performance indicators) • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Manage consistent and persistent outreach with clients and local realtors while keeping specific and detailed notes for each account within the sales CRM • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Growth path to Acquisitions Manager for high performers. Pathway to achieve 6 and multiple 6-figure salary Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Prior sales experience preferred • High school diploma or college degree preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Base + Commission
