Responsibilities: • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Bright, hard-working, and ambitious • Passion for selling and providing exceptional experiences • This position is on-site only in Wichita, KS Compensation: $51,000 ($30,000 base + commission)
