Responsibilities: • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Bright, hard-working, and ambitious • Passion for selling and providing exceptional experiences • This position is on-site only in Wichita, KS Compensation: $51,000+ base + commission
