While this position is fully remote, we do have in-person company events throughout the year. These events include company functions, training sessions, and sales meetings. The ideal candidate will exhibit a willingness to attend our in-person company events on occasion. Responsibilities: • Call businesses to set meetings for licensed brokers - lots of cold calls! • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling goals. • Manage daily tasks in Salesforce. • Set follow-up tasks for prospective clients. • Handwritten cards to prospects. • Setting up work comp analysis for the broker. • General broker support - think administrative tasks. Qualifications: • Sales Experience - Highly Preferred! • Proven track record - Quota and goal achievements. • Account Management Experience - Ability to provide a high degree of major account management and control. • Strong Interpersonal Skills - Written and verbal communication proficiencies. • Team Player - You excel in a team-oriented atmosphere. • Industry Knowledge - Insurance (or Worker's Comp) knowledge preferred, but not required. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
