    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an Inside Sales Rep who excels in social interaction, values collaboration, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads, fostering relationships, and collaborating with team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation Specialist: Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails and texts.
    • Phone Sales Expert: Effectively communicate our value proposition over the phone to convert prospects into clients.
    • Account Management Specialist: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through continuous engagement and follow-up.
    • Sales CRM Proficiency: Utilize our Salesforce CRM tools to track leads, manage sales activities, and ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
    • Inside Sales Techniques: Apply industry best practices in sales, from prospecting to closing deals, to exceed targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Sales Representative Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Proven track record in phone sales, lead generation, and client account management.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
    • Utilize empathy and active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of leads, providing personalized support and guidance.
