    Position:

    • Full-time
    • Remote/Hybrid (Only in Office 3 days a week)
    • Work schedule 10am-7pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary contact for all inbound seller communications, ensuring a responsive and professional first point of interaction.
    • Efficiently manage and nurture leads within our CRM, guiding potential sellers from initial contact to readiness for acquisition.
    • Coordinate closely with the dispositions team to ensure seamless transaction processes.
    • Analyze market trends to continuously refine lead engagement strategies.
    • Generate regular reports detailing lead management activities and outcomes.
    • Will also help with building and nurturing realtor relationships, and wholesaler relationships.

    Qualification:

    • Demonstrated success in a role requiring direct customer interaction and lead management.
    • Real estate background strongly preferred but not required
    • High proficiency in using CRM software to manage and nurture leads.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.

    • $40,000 / Yearly + Commissions potential Annual Earnings $65,000
