    Role Overview

    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the growth of Martin Systems by both supporting sales representatives in the field and engaging potential and existing customers. An ideal candidate will have great communication skills and experience generating proposals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and engage prospect lists to grow regional footprint.
    • Conduct follow-up with existing customers or potential customers to understand interest and assess potential solution offerings.
    • Support the field team to develop high-quality proposals for services across Martin Systems service offerings.
    • Support administrative tasks related to the sales process, including pre-close preparation.
    • Provide world-class service to our customer base while identifying new opportunities to grow monthly revenue.

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of career experience
    • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Suite
    • Selling experience or alarm, surveillance, and other electrical system experience preferred

    Work Requirements:

    • Position is considered sedentary
    • Requires extended periods of PC exposure
    • In-office attendance five days a week
