    Job Title: Inside Sales Representative and Support Location: Hayes, VA (Some Travel Required) Job Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary: Whitley’s Peanut Factory is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team, strengthening our wholesale, corporate, and fundraising channels, by nurturing our customer relationships, identifying and securing new prospects, complete supporting administrative tasks, and performing regular analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Faire, Shopify and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inside/Outside Sales:

    Meet and exceed established sales objective goals.

    Develop actions to grow existing, and/or new business.

    Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive revenue growth.

    Manage inbound and outbound sales communications.

    Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and pricing strategies.

    Assist customers with order placement, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.

    Administrative Support:

    Provide day-to-day administrative support including coordinating meetings, completing travel and trade show arrangements, and maintaining organized records.

    Manage and respond to customer emails, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.

    Responsible for securing and reviewing new account paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance before processing.

    Work with external printers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate printing of sales materials, ensuring the quality and delivery meet deadlines.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for creating and managing private label orders, coordinating all communications between customers, designers, and printers to ensure seamless production and delivery.

    o Seeks proof approvals from QA Specialist on nutritional information and Marketing Specialist for branding and design.

    Analysis & Reporting:

    Regularly analyze sales data and trends, providing actionable insights to improve business operations.

    Prepare and distribute monthly or quarterly sales reports to management.

    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business growth and identify areas for improvement.

    E-commerce Platform Support:

    Manage and maintain listings on Shopify, Amazon, and Faire, ensuring product information, inventory levels, and pricing are accurate.

    Optimize Shopify, Amazon, and Faire stores to improve product visibility and sales performance.

    Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to e-commerce accounts.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.

    Experience with administrative tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

    Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Faire is a plus.

    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

    A valid driver’s license and evidence of insurance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    · 2+ years of experience with inventory management and fulfillment. 2+ years of familiarity with sales reporting tools and software.

    2+ years prior experience in a B2B or e-commerce-related industry.
