- They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist with heat transfer or HVACR experience to join their sales team. In this role, the Inside Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by building relationships with clients, leveraging technical expertise to meet customer needs, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm and cold calls to prospective clients, utilizing technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to negotiate pricing and terms that drive mutual value.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of inside sales and customer service experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- HVACR or heat transfer sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to explain technical product features and benefits clearly.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 60k – 66k/year range.
