Responsibilities: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification : Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and determine their readiness to move forward in the buying or selling process. • Pipeline Management : Maintain and update lead records in our CRM, ensuring every lead is nurtured and tracked effectively. • Proactive Outreach : Conduct follow-ups through calls, texts, and emails to build relationships and keep potential clients engaged. • Appointment Scheduling : Set appointments for our sales agents with highly qualified leads. • Market Awareness : Stay informed about local market trends and real estate services to provide value in every interaction. Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Two years of previous sales experience • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Compensation: $56,000 - $85,000 yearly base plus bonus
